We are seeking a skilled Manual SQA Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team.
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and executing comprehensive QA processes for multidisciplinary avionic systems. Youll collaborate closely with developers and system engineers to ensure our products meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.
Responsibilities
Design and plan detailed TEST cases and TEST scripts based on system requirements. Execute software and firmware tests on complex avionic systems. Identify, document, and track defects through resolution and verification. Take ownership of assigned tasks and lead QA activities independently. Work closely with developers and system engineers to understand system architecture, features, and requirements. Analyze TEST results, perform root cause analysis, and provide clear reporting.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in manual software testing. Experience testing avionics or robotic systems. Certification in Software Quality Assurance ( SQA) or equivalent. Proven experience testing multidisciplinary systems, with strong ability to analyze logs and debug complex issues. Solid understanding of testing methodologies, QA processes, and tools. Experience writing comprehensive TEST documentation and TEST scenarios. Excellent analytical skills, with high attention to detail and a passion for quality.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Embedded products and low-level testing. Familiarity with communication protocols. Knowledge of Jira and Zephyr Scale or similar TEST management tools.
