Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Pro-actively analyze the Israeli market and acquire new customers and projects
– Present the Harmonic Drive SE product portfolio and answer technical questions
– Analyze customer needs and select appropriate products
– Provide technical support to customer projects
– Create quotes, negotiate contracts and support the customer
during order process
– Develop a sales and marketing strategy for the Israeli market
– Manage and continue developing existing customers and projects
– Work closely with the technical and commercial team in Germany
Start of work 01.01.2026
Requirements:
– Technical Degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering
– Relevant (min. 5 years) professional experience in technical consulting or sales, preferably in Drive Technology
– Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
from design engineers as well as from commercial managers
– Ability to successfully negotiate commercial and project contracts
– Fluent Hebrew and English language skills (German would be an asset)
– Very good skills in MS office and CRM systems
– Willingness to travel within Israel
-Willingness to participate in technical trainings and sales meetings in Germany
