As an IS Implementation Engineer, you will join Mobileye's Information Systems department.
The team gathers business requirements and is responsible for new implementations, developments, and system support.
You will identify knowledge gaps, create, implement, and manage training and development programs for employees and business customers.
Work closely with various teams at Mobileye: software, safety, products, project managers, operations, etc.

What will your job look like:
– Day-to-day management and administration of requirement/asset systems, including workflows, user accounts and permissions, custom fields, dashboards, reports, project creation, etc.
– Collaborate with various teams, define business processes related to requirements management, and serve as the focal point for consolidating requests and needs.
– Provide end-user coaching, training, and support, including ongoing maintenance of training documentation and management of the submitted ticket queue.
– Offer both technical and process solutions to address requirements, and evaluate alternate solutions.
– Lead system changes and deployment of new requests and fixes.
– Develop efficient dashboards and live reports that provide added value to users and managers.
