We are seeking a motivated and digitally savvy Marcom Operations Coordinator to support and enhance our global marketing activities. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, skilled in digital tools and eager to create impactful marketing and sales assets that engage customers and build brand awareness. You must be a strong and self-driven project manager with excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams. This role requires someone who can take ownership and drive initiatives from concept to completion with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
• Digital Marketing: Lead end-to-end digital marketing operations, including strategy development, campaign execution, and performance optimization across website, SEO/SEM, social media, and email channels.
• Execution: Develop and implement integrated marketing communication assets — presentations, brochures, videos, and digital collateral — that strengthen brand positioning and support global sales teams.
• Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels and materials.
• Event Management: Plan and coordinate global industry events, webinars, and trade shows, ensuring brand consistency and measurable ROI from lead generation and engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, applications, and customer support to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Supplier management: Work closely and manage multi-disciplinary suppliers (designers, PR, Digital marketing, translations, print, etc.) – ongoing work, purchase orders and payments
