we are looking for an experienced VP of L4 System Engineering (hands-on) to take ownership of the robotaxi (L4) platform  covering both software and hardware integration.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 4 engineers
Own the system architecture, software stack, and hardware integration.
Oversee installation, setup, and bring-up of sensors, ECUs, and vehicle systems.
Design and develop real-time infrastructure in C++ and Python.
Collaborate closely with AI, hardware, and vehicle engineering teams to ensure full system functionality and performance.
Drive debugging, validation, and optimization activities across the full stack.
