As a QA Tech Lead, you will:
Plan, execute and deliver technical tasks both on cloud platform level and on customer like environments.
Develop high-quality technological test plan and architectures focused on end user and customer flows.
Manage and maintain integrations, deployments, upgrades, and performance enhancements in customer environments.
Provide technical support to the QA team.
Act as the implementation bridge between the Global Services and the R&D.
Provide tools to allow troubleshooting non functional and mis configuration easily.
Working with AI tools like Cursor, Copilot Agent or Claude code – must
Proficiency in various Linux distros – must
Proficiency in databases and ability to manage and troubleshoot them, including strong SQL skills
Proficiency in handling complex technical environments and troubleshooting
Proven experience with Kubernetes- must, familiarity with Service Mesh technologies
Experience in cloud -must (AWS, GCP, Azure- at least one.)
Experience in Bash scripting
Familiarity with APIs, REST APIs, and tools like Postman- must
Familiarity with various API Gateways
Experience with Datadog, Grafana, AWS, and GCP an advantage.
Familiarity with IDP is – an advantage
Familiarity with identity and access management – an advantage
