Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of office operations at the TLV site- leading facilities and vendor management, overseeing supplies, refreshments and workplace standards, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience in the office every day.
Drive employee engagement initiatives that build culture, foster belonging, and reinforce our values- including events, recognition programs, and wellness activities
Act as the point of contact for all people-related needs, partnering with cross-functional teams and managers to deliver seamless support and services
Translate employee feedback into action, proactively identifying opportunities to improve the employee experience.
Manage and optimize workplace budgets and processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with company goals
Support executive leadership by managing complex calendars, scheduling, and coordinating cross-functional priorities.
Required Skills:
3+ years of experience in office management, employee experience, or workplace operations, preferably in a fast-paced, tech or global environment.
Strong operational and organizational skills- able to multitask, prioritize, and execute with precision.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- comfortable engaging with employees at all levels, from entry-level to executive.
Hands-on experience managing logistics across areas such as complex calendars, facilities, supplies, food, events, and vendor relationships.
Budget management skills with a focus on process improvement and cost-effectiveness.
Fluent in Hebrew and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in both languages.
