Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of our business domains, including funnels, processes, KPIs, and pain points and recognize opportunities.
Play a pivotal role in helping the orgnization meeting its business goals, translating business priorities into impactful, scalable BizOps initiatives.
Lead, mentor, scale and grow a high-performing BizOps team, ensuring clarity of roles, accountability, and professional growth.
Oversee prioritization, sprint planning, and project management to ensure the right work is being done at the right time.
Implement and maintain strong controls to identify red flags, solve problems early, and prevent recurring issues.
Build and refine processes, infrastructure, and automation that scale with the business.
Ensure data integrity, data quality, and compliance, enabling the team to make sound data-driven decisions.
Act as a key interface between business units, BizOps, and other supporting teams.
Ensure alignment of priorities with BU leaders, department heads, and other stakeholders.
Hands-on, low-ego, and proven track record of balancing strategic thinking with disciplined execution.
Minimum of four years in business operations related roles.
Experience in team management
Proven experience leading high-performing Business Operations or Strategy & Operations teams, ideally in a fast-paced, growth environment.
Strong domain knowledge in multiple disciplines of customer facing.
Exceptional prioritization and problem-solving skills with a clear focus on impact.
Deep experience designing and implementing scalable processes and data infrastructure.
Highly skilled at stakeholder management, communication, and driving alignment.
