We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated QA team lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of QA engineers and take ownership of our entire Quality Assurance process, from strategy to execution.
You wiil:
– Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, including task delegation, providing feedback, and fostering professional development
– Build and implement a comprehensive TEST plan, defining methodologies and tools to improve the testing process
– Take ownership of the entire testing lifecycle, from manual and automation to performance and regression testing
– Work closely with dev and product teams to understand requirements, manage bugs, and ensure a high-quality product
– Create and maintain TEST documents ( STD, STP, STR) and analyze TEST results for data -driven decision-making
Requirements:
– At least 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer, with at least one year in a team lead or management role
– Knowledge and experience with SQL. Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus
– Experience working with bug management systems like Jira
– Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
– Strong leadership, motivation, time management, and task delegation skills
– Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team, along with excellent communication skills
