Administrative Coordinator Donor Relations
Responsible for supporting the Development team with administrative tasks, donor communications, database management, and event coordination.

Manage scheduling, correspondence, and donor files with confidentiality.
Act as liaison between leadership and donor representatives.
Maintain CRM records, process donations, generate reports.
Coordinate donor events and meetings, including logistics, materials, and follow-up.
Requirements:
two+ years of administrative experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelors degree preferred
Proficiency in CRM /database systems (e.g., salesforce, Raisers Edge, or similar) and
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
