What am I going to do?:
* Be the go-to person for the CTO and the CTO’s executives
* Be the face of HR, facilitating frameworks and strategy.
* Build strong relationships and act as the HR point of contact to support employees throughout the employment lifecycle.
* Implement HR policies and strategies that optimize growth.
* Drive performance optimization and assist with people management.
* Work closely with managers and employees to promote work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

* 10+ years of experience in HRBP roles in Tech companies, working in a fast-paced/startup environment.
* Experience in a public company.
* Global Experience, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
* High attention to detail and multitasking skills.
* A Can-do attitude and result-oriented.
* Excellent English communication skills.
