Responsibilities
What Youll Be Doing
Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders and quotes.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
Coordinate communication between the sales team and clients to ensure timely follow-ups.
Generate sales reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies and promotional activities.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales administration or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience Salesforce Admin – A Must.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
