Were expanding our world-class team and looking for a full-stack Performance Video Creator to join new, exciting initiatives. In this role, you will develop large-scale video ads that will be key in expanding growth. You will have full ownership of the creative process end-to-end from ideation, through production down to the final product and publication. We are looking for an independent, hands-on, proactive, creative thinker passionate about well-executed exceptional ideas that show our products, tell our stories, and drive sales.

Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience in video creation of successful ads/performance marketing across all main platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
A resourceful professional who is able to lead and execute video creation processes end-to-end, from ideation to production, including hands-on directing and editing (Post-production experience is a bonus).
A deep understanding of social media content and trends.
Experience working with acquisition teams (campaign managers) to apply data-driven learnings to improve creative performance.
You are a team player, passionate and curious about what we do. Youre willing to take on new challenges, have great interpersonal skills, and are a proactive problem-solver with executional excellence and precision.
Experience in Short-Form videos (Ads, UGC ads, and Organic content) for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts is an advantage.
Experience in Filming or Motion Graphics and Post-Production is an advantage.
