This role demands deep expertise in performance marketing—particularly on Facebook and YouTube—alongside a strong command of funnel optimization, testing frameworks, attribution modeling, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll own strategy and execution across key acquisition channels. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage paid user acquisition campaigns across Facebook, YouTube, Google, TikTok, affiliate channels, and more
* Drive measurable growth through constant testing and optimization of ads, audiences, landing pages, and conversion funnels
* Build and lead a small cross-functional growth team
* Collaborate closely with the creative studio to produce high-performing content tailored for acquisition
* Oversee campaign tracking, attribution setup, analytics (GA4, GTM), and performance automation
* Monitor key metrics, generate actionable insights, and report results to stakeholders
* Work closely with marketing, product, CRM, and content teams to optimize the full customer journey
* Stay current with evolving digital marketing trends and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage
