We are looking for a Full Stack Team Lead to guide a talented team in building and evolving our incident Management Platform. A high-scale, real-time processing system designed to help teams detect, respond to, and resolve critical issues efficiently. The platform ingests and analyzes logs, metrics, and tracing data in real-time, enabling customers to set up mission-critical alerts tailored to their needs.
What Youll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
Take ownership of end-to-end development of our products and features, from design and scalability to production.
Solve complex, high-scale problems and drive architectural decisions to ensure performance and scalability.
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to define priorities and enhance product quality.
Promote a culture of technical excellence through code reviews, mentorship, and team-building initiatives.

5+ years of development experience (required).
Previous experience in a managerial role or leading a technical team.
Proven experience with NodeJS.
Strong expertise with Angular 2+ or React
Experience with large-scale SaaS production services.
Experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Working experience with CI/CD workflows and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
