We’re looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy NetSuite Application Specialist to join our global organization and take ownership of core business systems support. This is a high-potential, high-visibility role with an opportunity to grow within a fast-moving and international environment.
Requirements:
* Provide Tier 1 support for business users, primarily in NetSuite
* Troubleshoot and resolve simple technical issues, and escalate complex ones to relevant internal or third-party teams
* Work with financial and operational modules in NetSuite
* Understand business needs, analyze issues, and pivot quickly to find practical solutions
* Manage and track support cases across various systems including Salesforce
* Serve as the focal point for business application support across the organization
