We are looking for a CRM Project Manager to lead system upgrade and development projects across multiple organizations. This role involves managing end-to-end project lifecycles, working closely with clients, development teams, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead CRM upgrade and development projects from initiation to completion.
* Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (development, QA, product).
* Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
* Manage cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment with business goals.
* Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues in real time.
* Provide guidance on CRM system usage and business process optimization.
* Ensure documentation and reporting throughout all project phases.

* Ability to manage multiple interfaces across technical and business units. Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Systems required.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
