Teva OTC Business Unit is looking for a Category Manager to directly support the strategic development and tactical execution of Teva OTC BU's growth in Hungary. We're looking for a creative, smart, and agile marketer who can work within a team. You will work on a full range of marketing initiatives with the ultimate goal of ensuring sales value & profit growth.
Versatility is key, the ideal candidate has proven creative marketing skills, communication orientation, and analytical aptitude in tracking marketing performance.

• Create and execute marketing strategy in various formats, with end goal of increasing marketing KPIs
• Create and execute the yearly brand activity plan in line with BU strategies in order to deliver brand targets in tight collaboration with trade and sales team
• Understanding & proactive generation of insights via closeness with consumers, experts and shoppers, pharmacists and patients to help activation and feedback the category team
• Coordinate and implement communication strategy, including planning campaigns on all channels (TV, on-line, other)
• Manage working with creative, media, PR and performance agencies under the close supervision of the BU Marketing Director
• Closely monitors market, own and competition’s performance, prepares market analysis
• Tracks closely the OTC brands A&P budget and ensures spending is fully under control
• Prepares monthly consumption forecasts
• Support BD team as needed on key marketing projects
• Manage go-to-market marketing activities related to new feature/product launches for the consumers
• Works closely and builds strong relationships with numerous inner stakeholders
• Support the roll-out of the strategy of European OTC team and feed them with local insights
