You will be managing the CNS business in parts of Norway, to be settled at a later stage. The main purpose of the position is to generate brand advocacy and to achieve sales targets for the assigned region by developing & executing a cross functional business plan for the Central nervous system (CNS) business. Main focus area will be migraine and psychiatry as Teva’s expects product launches shortly in this TA, both also gastroenterology in near future will be expected to be area of responsibility.
Furthermore, the purpose is to continuously identify, develop and execute business opportunities. This should be achieved by demonstrating the value of Teva’s offerings to prescribers, regional payers (expert groups and head of clinics) & other relevant stakeholders and by presenting solutions based on the unmet need and prioritized product in the CNS portfolio. The Area business manager will work closely with medical, marketing & market access colleagues to arrive at an integrated approach.
To be successful in the role the Area business manager needs to initiate, develop, and maintain long term relationships with targeted customers. Active participation in the business unit’s day-to-day business and owning the regional business lead expert role are key factors to be successful in the role.
Responsibilities
• Analyze the market to understand and develop detailed, adopted regional business plans based upon market situation and customer needs.
• Proactive planning, implementation and follow up of regional business plans. Identify focus areas, key stakeholders and relevant activities.
• Map and continuously update target customers & decision-making units
• Accountable for regional/local clinic meetings and other events/evening meetings.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets and costs budgets per assigned regions & projects
• Lead continuous cross-functional district meetings to ensure cross-functional alignment and effective implementation of business plans.
