The opportunity
People service inquiry and transaction service to Teva employees and manager in the area of Hire to Retire, Payroll, Time & attendance. Under the people service we are also setting up HR shared service unit providing service to HR COE in Learning and development and HR translations etc.
The HR Share service manager partners with HR COE’s to transition & process HR service and projects, implement the required changes and leading change management effort. HR Shared Service manger leverages combination of skills in the day to day include HR domain expertise, continuous improvement and HR technology expertise to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
How you’ll spend your day
Recruit, train and develop HR shared service center team responsible for wide array of HR program support and administration
Partner with HR COE leader and international HR operation program to ensure end to end processes and documented and that knowledge is transferred to the HRSS center team.
Own the transition plan for transitioning work into HR shared service from HR Partners and Global COE’s
Co-ordination and execution of the transitions Global HR processes within defined KPIs
Work cross- functionally in the area of process improvement with our internal and external partners by designing and implementing lean processes and Solution that enhance the employment end to end journeys and moments that matter.

Proactively identified customer issues take appropriate action and resolve it
