In this role you will help shape and execute our retention marketing strategy across emails, SMS, and content-driven initiatives.
What Youll Do:
Oversee all content materials for retention and beyondemails, SMS, blogs, and more.
Direct freelancers, ensuring top-tier execution, and approving all content.
Analyze key retention metrics, spot whats working (and whats not), and continuously suggest improvements.
Develop retention-focused campaign ideas based on trends, customer behavior, and marketing opportunities (holidays, seasonal events, etc.).
Lead the ideation and management of our blog content, ensuring it aligns with our retention goals and brand voice.
Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing leads to bring retention campaigns to life.
Requirements:
Deep knowledge of email marketing, segmentation, automation, and flows.
Experience with SMS marketing is a plus.
D2C Ecommerce experience in retention marketing, preferably in email & SMS.
A strategic, creative mindset who brings the ideas, and knows how to execute it.
Strong analytical skills understand KPIs, performance trends, and A/B testing.
Proven experience managing freelancers and ensuring content quality.
Excellent English skillshigh level, but not necessarily native.
Self-driven and proactiveyou dont wait for tasks; you create them.
Team player and independent thinkeryou collaborate well but can also run with
a project solo.
