We are seeking an experienced Payment Expert to manage and optimize our payment operations, ensuring seamless transactions for our B2C customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment processing, reconciliation, and fraud prevention, with experience in subscription billing systems like Zuora being a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage end-to-end payment processing, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
Work closely with finance, IT, and customer support teams to resolve payment-related issues.
Monitor and optimize payment acceptance rates, chargebacks, and fraud prevention strategies.
Collaborate with payment processors, gateways, and banks to enhance payment solutions.
Support the implementation and optimization of Zuora for subscription billing and recurring payments.
Ensure compliance with payment industry regulations (PCI-DSS, PSD2, etc.).
Analyze payment data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Develop and maintain internal payment policies, procedures, and best practices.
Assist in troubleshooting payment failures and customer disputes.

Proficiency in analyzing payment data and improving transaction success rates.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with multiple payment methods (credit cards, digital wallets, direct debits, etc.).
Familiarity with international payment processing and currency management.
