We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Product Marketing Manager to impact the growth of our new pluginsImage Optimizer, Site Mailer, and the upcoming Web Accessibility plugin. In this role, youll leverage your deep understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies and marketing expertise to increase awareness, adoption, and revenue for these products through seamless integration with the editor.
Responsibilities
Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive PLG strategy that integrates plugin discovery and promotion into the editor experience.
Go-To-Market Execution: Plan and execute product launches, including positioning, messaging, and campaigns that resonate with target users.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, R&D and marketing teams to align on revenue goals, improve user experiences, and maximize conversion rates.
Messaging mastery: Craft clear, compelling, and persuasive messaging for all marketing assets. Develop positioning and narratives that communicate the unique value of our plugins across various touchpoints (web pages, emails, ads, product screens, etc.).
Customer Insights: Conduct user research and analyze behavior to identify pain points and opportunities for driving plugin adoption and subscription conversions.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in onboarding, engagement, and retention. Propose and execute data-driven experiments to optimize adoption and upgrade rates.
Market Expertise: Stay informed about the competitive landscape and evolving trends in web performance, email marketing, and accessibility to refine strategies.

Analytical Skills: Are data-driven, with strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools for A/B testing, user segmentation, and metric analysis.
