As Marketing Operations Manager, you will own all aspects of the marketing operations, enable the team to deliver world-class outcomes and ensure properly operating MarTech stack .
As a result, you will work with multiple departments within the organization, coordinating and managing various projects from all aspects, ensuring each one is organized, meets deadlines, and meets the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
– Recommend, Implement and manage marketing platforms and automation tools
– Promotion and implementation of operative processes and methods
– Managing marketing projects – creating Gantt charts, following up on tasks, define and monitoring KPI’s and OKR’s
– Establish and refine a cross-channel operational strategy that leverages insights to drive KPIs and improve tracking and reporting
– Identify and resolve problems, and overcome challenges to improve efficiency Present deliverables that will impact business decisions (analysis, process changes and more) to senior management
