Requirements:
Capable, keen pilot with good knowledge of paragliding scene and ability to judge the wing and its market chances
Proven trimming experience
Good communication / writing and computer skills
Understanding of paragliding technology and intimate knowledge of the market
Organizational skills + systematic approach to problem solving
Must be willing to relocate to Israel, or spend long periods of time in Israel
