By joining our Payments product team, youll have the opportunity to build and scale one of the fastest-growing payment products in the US. You will collaborate with engineers to manage complex technical models, lead critical product launches cross-company, and impact tens of thousands of small businesses across the US.
Requirements:
A proven track record of 3+ years in Product Management roles with a strong focus on developer-centric or technical products.
Strong understanding of modern software development stacks and practices, including APIs, Cloud services architecture, Microservices architecture, etc.
You are passionate about simplifying complex issues and understanding how great products work behind the scenes.
You are a self-starter with a bias for action. You can execute complex projects under time and resource constraints and competing priorities.

You can drive collaboration across multiple disciplinesmarketing, design, finance, ops, engineering, etc. You help give everyone a voice. Youre the conductor, not the lead singer, and softly leading without forced authority is key.
