We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to manage the technical journey of our partners (MSPs, MSSPs) in the EMEA region, ensuring seamless onboarding, deployment, technical enablement, and full product adoption
As a TAM, you will work closely with partners to ensure they maximize the value of our solutions. You will lead cadence calls, participate in Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), and drive adoption. You will collaborate closely with our sales team, who will own the business relationship, while you focus on the technical success of our partners
What will you do:

* Provide technical guidance and training to help partners maximize product value.
* Monitor partner health, analyze trends, and ensure feature adoption
* Lead cadence calls and participate in EBRs to align with partners on technical goals.
* Address and resolve technical issues, collaborating with internal teams (Support, R&D, Product).
* Collect partner feedback and provide insights to influence product development
* Ensure best practices are followed to improve overall partner success.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer, SOC Analyst
Strong cybersecurity background, preferably with experience in a startup environment
* Experience working with security vendors and partner ecosystems (MSPs, MSSPs, resellers)
Technical proficiency, with the ability to translate complex topics for non-technical audiences. data -driven mindset, using analytics to monitor partner health and drive adoption.
Fluent Hebrew and English speaker (mandatory).
