We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Student position) to join our HR team, where you will play a key role in identifying and recruiting top talent to help drive our company’s growth.
Responsibilities:
Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook) to look for and connect with potential candidates
Review online resumes to pre-screen candidates.
Delivering great candidate experience throughout the process.
Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
Conducting phone interviews to filter candidates within schedule.
Support strategic HR and Talent Acquisition projects.

Requirements:
Second-year BSc in Human Resources Management / Psychology or relevant field – an advantage
Availability for 60%- 3 days a week, with flexibility during exam periods
Fast learner, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can independently manage tasks with full ownership from initiation to completion (A-to-Z execution)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hebrew
Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases
Previous experience in HR roles + knowledge of labor legislation – an advantage
Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
