We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the hiring process and help us strengthen our organization by attracting and securing the best available talent. Your life at MALYS will look like
* Manage the full life cycle of the hiring process for both Israeli and US positions, from initial kick-off with hiring managers to final offer negotiations and securing hires.
* Build and maintain talent pipelines, conduct in-depth interviews, and guide candidates through the interview process.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop innovative engagement strategies and consistent processes that identify and attract the right talent for our business needs.
* Lead and enhance our candidate experience initiatives, including managing the employee referral program.
* Prepare and issue employment agreements, addressing candidate queries as needed.
* Develop and execute employer branding strategies, manage our social media presence for recruitment, and oversee our careers page.
* Continuously analyze recruitment processes and metrics to drive ongoing improvements.
