We are looking for a System & Networking Engineer.
As a System & Networking Engineer, youll be part of the elite team responsible for making it all run smoothly in the real world. That means remotely deploying secure, high-performance systems in hundreds of stores, designing resilient connectivity across complex networks, and building the automation that takes us from manual setup to effortless scale.
This role sits at the heart of our Ops Technology teama new task force built to take over deployment and tier-2/3 tech support from R&D. Its a hands-on, high-impact role for engineers who love getting deep into systems, solving hard problems in the wild, and being part of something thats scaling fast.
You wont just install and troubleshootyoull design, automate, and lead the way as we scale from PoCs to hundreds of live stores across the globe.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in systems engineering, IT infrastructure, or network deployment
Deep Linux (Ubuntu) expertise: services, tools, troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with VPNs and secure remote access solutions
Proficiency in network routing and protocols
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) to automate routine operations
Comfort operating independently in live, customer-facing production environments
Grit and clarity under pressureespecially when things dont go as planned
Nice to have:
Experience creating and managing system images to streamline device setup
Exposure to zero-trust networking or modern secure-access architectures
Familiarity with store environments (retail, logistics, edge devices)
