we are seeking a system Integration Engineer We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented system Integration Engineer to take part in the development and integration of complex multidisciplinary systems. The role includes system -level ownership during development and testing phases, integration of hardware and software, and supporting lab and field activities. Full-time + On Site position based in Central Israel (with travel to client/ TEST sites as needed). Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and perform hands-on system integration of hardware and software components according to project plans
* Define and execute system -level TEST procedures throughout all stages of development, including BIT, EICD, and environmental testing
* Design electrical harnesses and define system -level TEST environments and tools (ATE/bench setups)
* Troubleshoot and repair subsystems during development and testing, and communicate failures to relevant disciplines (HW/SW/Mechanical)

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role Must
* Proven experience with electronic schematics and board-level integration Must
* Hands-on experience assembling and disassembling delicate electronic/mechanical assemblies Must
* Experience working closely with R&D teams rather than manufacturing Must Advantages:
* Experience designing and leading development of TEST systems (ATE)
* Background in electronic board development
* Familiarity with QA and production processes
* Prior experience in a defense company or with multidisciplinary systems
* Strong system -level thinking and multidisciplinary orientation
* Experience in Windows/ Linux environments and communication protocols
