Plan, execute, and oversee experiments, measurements, and final testing phases for development models (POD).
Lead and manage Quality Assurance (Qual) tests for the product.

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A minimum of 5 years experience in multi-disciplinary system development.
Strong system -level understanding and experience in writing detailed specification and requirements documents.
Demonstrated expertise in system architecture design, leading engineering reviews, and managing testing processes.
Experience with electro-mechanical-optical systems is a plus.
Previous experience working with military systems is an advantage.
