With foundational digital commercial capabilities in place, we now intend to maximize business value, customer delight & conversion across digital touchpoints through integrated & omnichannel customer360 intelligence, in the way we service & engage with our customers. The Omnichannel Commercial IT Lead (markets) is strategic tech partner to business, accountable for strategy, delivery & innovation of relevant solutions (CDP, Customer 360, CIAM, Integrations etc.) and capabilities that enables & supports this business strategy within the Digital Commercial function of Europe and International Markets (Canada, LatAm, APAC). This role reports into Head of Digital Commercial IT (markets) which is a business partnering IT unit, acting as bridge between business and central IT Delivery Units.

Managing stakeholder relationships and bridging the commercial business stakeholders with the Teva IT organization
Productizing & owning Omnichannel commercial IT strategy & roadmap for EU-IM in line with business strategy and global tech strategy, ensuring priorities & investments are set effectively.
Maintaining close partnership and collaboration with other IT units, viz. Local IT SHM, Global MCM IT, Integration IT etc.
Project management & governance of Omnichannel commercial solutions demand, deployment and adoption in EU & IM markets
How you’ll spend your day
Stakeholder (Relationship) Management with key markets
Defining and owning the long range product strategy with business stakeholders, ITMU Lead and the Platforms & Applications unit
Understanding business strategy, processes and priorities of key markets and bring tech-innovations from within & outside (industry) for business value delivery.
Forge relationship with strategic vendors & platform teams for effective solution fit in the market and innovation.
Developing and managing the product portfolio and be accountable for related budget in alignment with the strategy, business objectives and governance processes
Be the single accountable IT partner & advisor to Digital commercial business/markets & leadership for Omnichannel commercial solutions
Ensure standardization of applications by promoting shared processes, product governance, data harmonization and architectural compliance where possible.
Managing the team of internal product owners for key Omnichannel products
Aligning with other functional area leads and regional leads as well as Services & Support and Infrastructure teams to ensure consistency in key areas of service and delivery
