In your day-to-day role, you will manage complex, multi-stage implementation processes, gather, review, and translate customer requirements into product feature definitions, demonstrate platform best practices, train new users, and lead internal design and implementation of new product features.
Manage end-to-end customer implementation processes, from requirements gathering to post-launch support
Collaborate with customers to define requirements, translating them into PRDs and technical specifications
Guide technical customer teams through best practices of platform implementation
Become a technical platform expert, a leading resource for our companys global partners to implement and leverage the platform capabilities within their operation
Execute platform demonstrations and onboarding for operational customer teams
Live on-site support for launches and kick-offs
Analyze and incorporate customer feedback to drive product improvements and new feature development
Identify areas for enhancement, research solutions, and lead execution to optimize platform performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
2+ years of proven experience leading technical processes as a Product Manager, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Manager etc.
High technical aptitude and curiosity, with hands-on experience in SaaS platforms, REST APIs, SQL, Python or JavaScript
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel, consistently meeting deadlines
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to navigate complex challenges
Fantastic spoken and written English
Availability to travel and implement projects on-site with clients
Advantage: Coding experience
Advantage: Experience with multinational corporations, especially within automotive, transportation, or mobility sectors.
