We are looking for a Software Development Team Lead.
As the Collection Team Leader, youll lead a team of talented engineers focused on solving challenging data engineering problems with high-impact outcomes. Youll guide architectural decisions, drive project execution, and maintain the flexibility and autonomy of a lean, fast-moving startup team.
Responsibilities:
Manage and support a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Drive multiple complex development projects from design through deployment, ensuring delivery on time and at high quality.
Lead architectural decisions and innovation efforts for the core data collection platform, ensuring it scales with business needs and real-time demands.
Work closely with the group's development teams, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to align technical roadmaps and feature planning
Anticipate delivery risks and technical bottlenecks, implementing proactive solutions for system resilience and scalability.
Improve system performance, reliability, and throughput to support high-volume, low-latency data ingestion and processing.

Expertise in Node.js and React, with deep knowledge of distributed systems architecture and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with Kafka, BullMQ, Redis, and Kubernetes in the context of building high-throughput, real-time systems.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex software projects from concept to production.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage ambiguity, and commitment to delivering measurable value.
