Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Plus500s organic social media strategy across platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Telegram.
Plan and enhance localization and brand awareness with local teams in various regions.
Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, images, videos, stories) that aligns with the brand voice and objectives.
Monitor social media channels for trends and insights, staying updated with the latest platform changes and best practices.
Manage and grow the social media community by engaging with followers and fostering positive interactions.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all digital channels.
Analyze and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Develop and manage social media calendars to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
Work with local content creators.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate setting with a focus on organic growth.
Proven track record of growing and managing social media channels organically.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Hands-on experience in content creation, video production, and photography.
Knowledge of finance or experience in the finance industry is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in TikTok and other short-form content platforms, with a demonstrated track record of producing engaging content.
Experience with video editing software such as Premiere, Final Cut, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus.
Fluency in English and Hebrew is required.
