Required Services Engineer
Position Description:
– The engineer is part of the EMEA Services Team.
– The focus of this post-sale position is joining the Support Engineers team providing level 2/3 support and Professional Services to our customers across EMEA.
– The engineer is responsible for the reported issues resolution cycle; from responding to initial trouble reports, to reproducing issues in the lab and/or escalating to R&D; follow-up until solution is delivered.
– The position involves the following responsibilities:
o Work with our customers and partners on Various products.
o Remote online sessions
o Troubleshooting & Debugging
o Reproducing issues in the lab o Interfacing with backend support/R&D for L4 o Ensuring High Customer Satisfaction o Performing various configuration changes and upgrades as per existing procedures.
o On-call duty
– The Engineer must be an experience working in customers environment to collect information, perform configuration changes, apply software fixes and similar activities.
– The Engineer must understand the complexities of the products and environments being deployed.
There must be a demonstrated ability to work with other people as a member of a team.

Requirements:
– Experience with Cloud on administration level. Azure is a key advantage.
– Solid understanding of Windows and Linux platforms.
– Experience with Microsoft Unified Communications technologies Teams.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 design and administration, PowerShell, etc., will be considered a key advantage.
– Microsoft certification in Azure Administration and\or Unified Communications preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Solid customer service orientation and a passion for excellence.
– Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting and problems solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills and Experience
– Experience in cloud providers & virtualization (Azure/ AWS / VMware / Hyper-V)
– 2-3 years of proven practical experience with Network / System
– Knowledge of Windows OS and Linux.
– Experience with relational databases (MySql / SqlServer / Oracle/MongoDB)
– Strong command of the English language.
