Youll be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process. Youll be part of designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy. Youll develop channels and sourcing strategies to engage talents and act as a partner in all hiring decision making.
You will:
Partner closely with hiring managers and manage end to end hiring processes.
Develop proactive candidate sourcing strategies.
Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talent.
Own an amazing candidate experience.
Manage effective recruiting processes using our ATS – Comeet .
Provide advice and consultation to managers and employees on all phases of the recruitment.

Requirements:
At least 5 years experience as a recruiter/talent acquisition in a high tech companies.
Ability to develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with Employer branding & leading projects- an advantage.
