Lead and manage the development of full systems or subsystems from concept through production.
Translate customer requirements into system -level designs and technical specifications.
Manage and resolve complex engineering conflicts across domains.
Oversee and execute system -level integration, validation, and testing activities.
Write and review system documentation, including specifications and architecture.
Collaborate with subcontractors and define technical work plans, requirements, and deliverables.

B.Sc. or higher in Systems Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.
5+ years of experience in system engineering roles within multidisciplinary defense or aerospace projects.
Proven ability to lead system design, integration, and verification.
Experience working with military-grade technologies and operational environments a plus.
Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
Fluent in English.
B.Sc. or higher in Systems Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.
