Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale programmatic user acquisition campaigns across multiple DSPs, ad networks, and preload partners.
Develop and execute performance strategies to meet CPA, ROI, and LTV goals across multiple markets.
Optimize campaigns through constant A/B testing, bidding strategies, creatives, and segmentation.
Own relationships with external media partners, DSPs, ad networks, and mobile OEMs.
Analyze performance data deeply and turn insights into actionable improvements.
Collaborate closely with creative, data, and product teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.
Identify and test new media channels and programmatic opportunities to grow our user base efficiently.
2+ years of hands-on experience managing programmatic UA campaigns via DSPs (e.g., DV360, Liftoff, Moloco, etc.).
Experience with ad networks and OEM/preload partners.
Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer).
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Fluent English (written and spoken); ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
BA/BSc in a quantitative field advantage.
