We are looking for a Senior Program Manager.
– Participate in the design, development and delivery of an innovative solution for qualifying autonomous vehicles in a rapidly growing software startup, and be involved in changing the world…
– Be responsible for the overall program planning and execution of multiple programs, ensuring delivery to a superior standard
– Manage risks and issues and drive corrective actions
– Manage internal and customer-facing project meetings
– Coordinate multiple internal teams, resources and third parties/vendors to achieve project goals R&D, Application engineering, Sales, Product and others, in Israel and abroad, sometimes beyond normal working hours
– Prepare, review and maintain project documentation, reports and dashboards

Requirements:
– Punctuate, strives for excellence
– At least 4 years of work experience as program/project manager in a software company
– Experience in a customer-facing role with an exceptional ability to understand and communicate customer needs
– A quick learner with a strong analytical and technical background and a proven ability to learn and be profound in new technologies
– Excellent communication skills
– Fluent in English both verbal and written
– Self-learner, highly motivated, self-paced, and able to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
– B.Sc. in a technical field
