As a Product Manager , you will:
Work with R&D, Design, Business, and Customer Experience teams to validate, launch, and iterate on new features that meet both user and business needs.
Analyze user behavior, product performance, and market trends to drive informed decision-making and impactful product outcomes.
Align product strategy with business goals, including high-level planning, defining product roadmaps, and prioritizing key features.
Identify opportunities to deliver customer value, increase product adoption, and drive substantial business growth.
Gather and integrate insights from customers to guide the product development process and validate key decisions.
Oversee everything from backlog management and feature prioritization to release planning and ongoing product iterations.
Maintain expertise on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure stays at the forefront of innovation.
6+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on fast-growing SaaS companies.
A track record of leading impactful, large-scale initiatives that drive significant customer engagement and business growth.
Experience with low-touch products: especially B2B2C or consumer products that work on a large scale.
Strong hands-on analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into products that move the needle.
Excellent communication skills, you can clearly articulate ideas and influence stakeholders across all levels (fluent in both English and Hebrew).
A strong sense of product design and user experience, with an ability to champion UX improvements that delight customers.
Leadership and execution-oriented mindset, capable of driving organized workflows, prioritizing effectively, and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience working in marketplaces or products that require a deep understanding of consumer behavior to drive engagement.
