Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve our publisher-facing monetization products, from strategic vision through execution and growth
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging opportunities and business pain points
Develop data-driven product roadmaps that align with company objectives and market demands
Collaborate closely with engineering and business stakeholders to build and ship exceptional product experiences
Define clear success metrics and KPIs that demonstrate business impact and product performance
Lead competitive analysis to ensure our supply-side solutions remain market-leading

Requirements:
Adtech Expertise: 3+ years of product management experience in AdTech. Supply-side platforms or publisher monetization experience is an advantage
Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies that drive measurable business outcomes and publisher value
Analytical Fluency: Strong quantitative skills with experience defining and tracking product metrics that align with business objectives
Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem, including real-time bidding (RTB), ad exchanges, supply-side platforms (SSPs), demand-side platforms (DSPs) and data management platforms (DMPs)
User Experience: Ability to create intuitive prototypes and collaborate effectively with design teams
Experimentation Mindset: Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
Stakeholder Management: Excellence in aligning cross-functional teams and communicating effectively at all levels

Experience with real-time bidding, auction dynamics, or yield optimization algorithms
Understanding of privacy regulations and their impact on the adtech ecosystem
Experience working with major SSPs, ad exchanges, or publisher platforms
Track record of successful product launches that delivered significant revenue growth
