As part of your role, youll work on External Exposure Management platform used by security and IT teams at leading global enterprises. Youll own the end-to-end design process, from user research and journey mapping to interaction design and prototyping. Youll collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to turn user pain into clear, impactful experiences.
Reporting to the VP of Product, this role is a great fit for product designers who want to go beyond day-to-day design work and actively shape the direction of the product, not just the UI.
Responsibilities
Lead UX/UI and product design efforts across the product, working closely with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are intuitive and meet business objectives
Turn complex workflows and technical constraints into clear, thoughtful user journeys
Conduct UX research activities to drive product discovery and validation
Own and evolve our design system in collaboration with engineering to ensure consistency across the platform
Collaborate with PMs to define and refine product requirements, priorities, and trade-offs
Advocate for the user throughout the product development process, ensuring that user needs are integrated into design decisions
Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders, including executives, and ensure alignment across teams
5+ years of experience designing enterprise SaaS products
Experienced with working on Cyber Security products
Experience working in startups
A strong portfolio that highlights how you think through problems and bring ideas to life, not just polished UIs, but the story behind them
Experience working on complex platforms with multiple user personas or workflows
Experience building and maintaining design systems or UI libraries
Deep understanding of UX research methods and the ability to lead research efforts independently
Product mindset: you think in terms of user goals, and business impact
Comfortable discussing APIs, data models, or technical constraints with engineers
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
