What will you do?
Work closely with the tech leads throughout the product life cycle, from discovery & validation through post-launch using data and providing useful insights.
Inform business product strategies by defining and tracking core product metrics and KPIs, in ways that help us optimize our product.
Establish analytical frameworks: ad-hoc analysis, automated dashboards, and self- service reporting tools to surface data to our product team.
Be our teams expert on best analytics practices and move towards a long-term vision of sustainable and thriving data processes.
Become the center of data & analysis knowledge in product and R&D departments.
Run customer analysis based on user behavior and engagement of the product, find trends usage and more.
Collaborate with the companys data engineers to build a world-class product data infrastructure and capabilities.
Build the data sense, and methodologies from scratch.
+4 years of experience as a Product Analyst or any similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment, working closely with development & product teams.
Data-oriented and analytical mindset, strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Full understanding of product metrics and proven track record of initiating analysis and delivering actionable insights.
Strong SQL with experience in querying large data sets.
Experience with data visualization and BI tools – Tableau, as well as Product Analytis tools – Pendo, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.
