We are seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager to lead and scale our referral, consulting, and solutions partner ecosystem. In this strategic quota-carrying role, you will drive partner-sourced revenue through a co-sell model with top-tier ecosystem partners.
You will own the full lifecycle of the partner relationship end to end, serving as the primary point of contact and stewarding the partnership from initial engagement through to revenue generation and long-term success. This includes supporting the ongoing needs of partners and ensuring strategic alignment with go-to-market priorities.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in partner/channel management roles at SaaS companies (seat/license-based SaaS strongly preferred) – MUST
Proven success in a quota-carrying role with a strong track record of exceeding partner-sourced revenue targets.
Experience in co-sell sales motions with consulting, solutions, or implementation partners.
Strong sales acumen – must be a closer, not just a relationship manager.
Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, partner incentives, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Familiarity with the partner ecosystem of Salesforce, HubSpot & Microsoft CRM solutions (strongly preferred)
