As a Senior Marketing Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s visual identity and driving engagement through innovative and impactful design. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and creative teams to develop and execute design strategies that resonate with our target audience. This role requires a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles and marketing trends.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the creation and maintenance of visual brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand guidelines.
Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, landing pages, presentations, and more.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, brainstorm creative concepts, and deliver visually appealing solutions that meet business objectives.
Develop engaging and informative visuals for content marketing initiatives, such as infographics and blog posts.
UX/UI Design: Collaborate with the product team to design holistic and user-friendly interfaces and experiences for our digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user journey.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design technologies to keep marketing materials fresh and relevant.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in marketing design within the technology industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field. A relevant portfolio showcasing your work is required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma (must), or similar tools. Experience with video editing software is a plus.
