In this role, you will identify growth opportunities, lead the implementation of pricing initiatives, solve operational challenges, and collaborate closely with the go-to-Market team.
What you’ll spending time of:
Execute global price framework, policies, and playbooks to drive revenue and alignment with strategic objectives.
Optimize pricing structures to achieve maximum revenue while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Identify revenue leaks and revenue growth engines.
Work together with the analytics team to assess the impact of pricing decisions and build dedicated pricing tools.
Lead cross-functional teams in the successful execution of impactful, large-scale initiatives and projects.
Build and optimize the operational process for quick and smooth execution.
Have you done this stuff:
4+ years experience in business operations, pricing management, or consulting.
Experience working in a global environment a must.
Driven by business goals, with a deep understanding of pricing strategies.
Strong executioner, excel at understanding both the big picture and the details.
Strong control in Excel, and analytical tools.
A well-organized, energetic, and hands-on individual with a can-do approach.
A problem solver, experienced working under pressure.
Ability to cope with changing requirements and levels of uncertainty in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal skills.
Not a must but a great advantage:
Experience in banking or fintech and/or online payments.
