5 + years of programming experience in back-end technologies, with a strong emphasis on Python
Familiarity with database technologies
Solid architectural understanding of web applications and APIs
Experience with concurrency big advantage
Experience with production mission-critical systems advantage
Strong exposure with modern DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Shell Scripting, CI/CD advantage
Proven experience in technical leadership, mentorship, and guiding development teams.
