We are currently looking for a salesforce Solution Architect to join one of our major enterprise projects. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing advanced salesforce solutions in a complex and dynamic multi- system environment. What Youll Do:
* Architect and design customized salesforce solutions tailored to business needs
* Lead implementation and development processes using Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, Flows, and salesforce APIs
* Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business analysts to ensure high-quality delivery
* Provide strategic and technical guidance to project teams and stakeholders
* Mentor junior salesforce team members
* Monitor system performance and recommend improvements based on the latest salesforce technologies
* Oversee testing, documentation, and adherence to best practices and security standards

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
* At least 5 years of experience in salesforce implementation and architecture
* Proven knowledge of salesforce data architecture, permissions model, Flows, Dashboards, Validations, and Approval Processes
* salesforce Administrator certification mandatory
* Additional salesforce certifications a strong advantage
* Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and API integrations
* Project management and business process implementation experience advantage
* Familiarity with sales, marketing, or service operations advantage Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
* Strong analytical and system -thinking abilities
* Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
* High level of service orientation and interpersonal skills
* Capable of managing multiple high-priority tasks in parallel
